The integrated lumbar support is a game-changer. The adjustable armrests also come in handy. The xl option is a small percentage larger than the standard chair.
Cons

Im 6ft 7 and about 100kg and first sitting in the chair it felt great there was a wobble in the seat mechanism

I ordered black however i received the grey fabric variant though i actually much prefer it to a plain black please bear it in mind in case its not what youre looking for
