Pros
As you deploy the lumbar adjustment, it projects the back cushion forwards. Kind of forces you not to slouch. If you do not deploy the lumbar adjustment, the cushion length is just ideal.
The seat + backrest are fairly narrow and sporty, it hugs you in position. No cramps or soreness. The arm rests feel solid and are adjustable in more ways than i have ever experienced.
Warranty is only 3 years for such a sturdy tank-like chair. I wish they had installed another one so it was another back up as there is only one of them. Great chair for a good price.
Cons
First chair lumbar cable was damaged and wouldnt work. The one i ordered first has a problem where you can't screw one of the screws. The area where the air cylinder meets the chair now has a gap and the chair wobbles.

Packaging/appearance
The packaging ensures safe delivery and following the assembly instructions is straightforward with the tools supplied.
Unboxing it wasn't a case of all the components just thrown into large box, thought and care had obviously gone into the packaging.
Competitiveness
I was looking at the secretlab titan and others but their 2020 models have issues with arm rests splitting.

Reasonable easy to assemble but make sure that the lumbar controls go through the back of the chair so they can be placed in the clamp on the underside otherwise you could finder yourself at a the point of no return in the construction with the covers preventing you from disassembling

The lumber support does nothing but squeak no matter where you have it set so can be really irritating when i am either in a meeting or if i am gaming a good chair but is a flawed design
