The chair is firm yet very comfy. It is a tad hard in the seat but i am sure it will become softer in time.
With a drill i was able to slap it together in about 10 minutes. Instructions are pretty * proof. Took about 20 minutes or less to assemble it.
Cons

The first chair i received was defective there was an internal thread on the upper part of the chair that was messed up

But ill be honest it aint that comfy its like the chairs forces you to seat on a right posture which is i guess is not a bad thing but sometimes you cant help it to seat on weird angles but its just me but thing is this chair is a steal if u cant afford secret lab chairs or not braking ur bank

Only thing this chair doesnt do is rock back there is a recliner lever but not the same
