The backrest is really nice it conforms to your back very well. It tilts and leans easily, and naturally has the raise and lower piston which helps keep you at the right height. The only con is that it has no lumbar support or head pillow.

The material that the chair is made of is nice and thick with good stitching. The chair will never squeak or creek or sound like plastic breaking. Nothing came damaged and there wasn't a scratch on anything.

The base of the chair leaves about 2-3 on either side of my legs, and the cushioning is non-existent. If you want a chair that will last, there are countless alternatives of superior quality.

Hard, uncomfortable, a wrong part. The seat cushion is one of the hardest seat cushions youll ever sit on in your life. It's so uncomfortable that my cat wouldn't even sit on it when i wasn't using it.

The chair is advertised to lock in default and reclining position. When i adjust it, it just slowly falls back down. It has no locking mechanism to lock the tilt in!
