Pros & Cons
Pros
I'm 5' 10 165lbs and the seat fits me perfectly and i have plenty of wiggle room. I really appreciate the extra height as the headrest is exactly where i need it. The width of the seat for my hips is perfect, even with a few extra pounds.
This is the first gaming chair i've ever had. It's a nice chair but it's not like it's giving you happy endings while gaming. The chair however, mad comfy.
It contours perfectly to my back and where i would slouch. Natural seating position is just as comfortable with the lumbar support as slouching in my old chair. Lumbar hits in the correct location for me, the arms adjust to a comfortable spot.
Cons
Horrible craftsmanship. Plastic covers are cheaply made and very easy to break. This is the worst one and does not worth a penny.
The chair has loud creaks as you rotate and shift around. It's simply impossible to sit in it very long at a time (which is a problem for a gamer) the chair is wobbly.
Highlights
Quality
Quality is top notch and so is customer service.
I really like the quality of the chair and i feel like this will be my best and last chair i will buy.
My problem is with the seat cushion.

Price
The reason i am giving this chair 4 stars instead of 5 is that i believe normal price is a little steep.
100% worth the price, assuming you can afford it of course.
However, this xl chair fits me perfectly, and this xl starts at a higher price than a titan 2020 (non xl) gaming chair, the re... Read More
Packaging/appearance
First of all, i was extremely impressed by the packaging.
Competitiveness
I spend about 60-75% of my 8hr workday in this chair, and this chair feels great.
Im a 6 2 240lbs guy and it feels just fine.
But if you are looking at this chair at list price, i would look at secretlab titan chairs before this one.
The chair is rated for 400lbs max.

The only minor thing tangible i dont like about it is that it is not very easy to roll around as it takes a little more effort to scoot even short distances along the floor
