Pros

Headphone has good surround sound and adjustable microphone. You can mute the microphone directly on the headphones. I wish there was an led that indicates when muted.

The gray color is great. It's absolutely stunning and futuristic! It looks nice and feels sturdy.

It fits pretty comfortably and does not crush my head when i am wearing it. The device is also very easy to adjust in my opinion. I like razer for comfort, reliability, compatibility but here are better more expensive products out there.

Cons

The warranty claim was rejected and i was offered a $10 coupon for my time. Amazon and these sellers need to stop grouping completely different products on the same review and q&a boards. Buyer beware buy razer you might as well be buying from chi... Read More

The only way to fix this is by shutting off the headset before the xbox. Even after playing with the eq settings, no lows or highs just ear-piercing mids. Team chat is impossible. Team mates complain your to loud and echo.

The sound keeps cutting out and sometimes glitching to the point of distortion. You can tune the sound and make it bassy, that's the only positive i can think off. Just get the xbox wireless headset, switched and have had zero problems with it, even w... Read More

These headphones are lightweight, sound quality is perfect, and it has different modes for different kind of gaming sessions.
