Pros & Cons
Pros
Feel very responsive and clicky. Takes monile gaming to a console level. Are a little clicky for my liking (mushy is more my preference), but aside from that, it works perfectly.
The razer kishi v2 works well, and the universal bridge is a great improvement over the v1 method of expanding to the right size of your phone. The controller itself has 2 little rubber inserts on the sides that can easily be removed, and once you rem... Read More
Works perfectly in retroarch, lemuroid, and dolphin. Also works to navigate android itself. This is the ios version so it does use a lightning connector.
The kishi v2 is very well built. The build quality is excellent, giving a premium feel that's expected from razer products. It's lightweight, but also feels well made and robust. The $100 asking price is a bit steep, but it's not too bad compared to i... Read More
Using the controller to play stardew valley is a joy. It makes navigating and playing the game so much more enjoyable. But still playable. Low latency connection ensures minimal input lag.

V2 has cheap * that click horribly and the letters aren't even centered. The analog sticks are tiny and have much less travel. The * are now extremely clicky and very obnoxious for people around you.
This doesn't feel like the next version of the kishi. The entire product feels like a cheap knockoff worth $12. Way, way too overpriced for the quality of the product.
Highlights
Quality
Plus, the build quality is excellent, giving a premium feel that's expected from razer products.
It also works great with the recommended razer nexus app.
I use a loopy case on my phone and it is not compatible with the controller due to the finger loop.
With the camera bump, it is a very tight fit.
Competitiveness
The razer kishi v2 mobile gaming controller is a game-changer for mobile gaming enthusiasts.
