I have worked in it and went through every troubleshooting i could think of with the official software reinstalling drivers searching forums etc with no success

A little disappointed that i couldnt play around with the virtual surround sound since i couldnt get the usb working but could just be something weird with my laptop

Its good at first i left a bad review because the mic wouldnt work and the troubleshooting wasnt helping
