For some reason i always have a bad time with buy headsets on amazon i did and exchange for this one because the corsair i had broke after not even a week of having it so this headset is pretty good sounds great mic is amazing if your mic isn’t working try going into the razer app and fixing the mic settings and it should activate what i had to do but good for vr the cord is long

If the mic is too quiet in your krakens on your windows machine chances are you have realtek drivers installed and realtek does not play nice with third party sound controllers
