Headphones are super lightweight and durable. The ear pads are comfortable for me, more comfortable than the 5s. They work well for critical phone calls on my current gen, midrange samsung phone. These headphone are great and affordable.

The controller is able to be placed via a sticky surface on the bottom at a set location so that makes it easy to raise/lower the volume and mute myself with a click of a button. Easy to set up & config.

Requires razer software to work properly, which is bloated and constantly annoying. Probably doesn't work.

At the end of the day it's the company that created a defective product. Razer fails when it comes to quality control and customer service. Honestly razer is too big of a name to expect great products at this low of a price.
