Pros
The sound quality is great, i have a few qualifications in music so trust me when i say sound is very important to me. The speakers in the headset really can't be beaten at this price point.
The noise cancelling is amazing. The mic is crystal clear and the ability to retract it into the headset will help preserve it for future use.
Cons
The biggest problem is the setup. The sound quality is good once you eventually get them working, but not good enough to justify the setup aggravation.

The usb adaptor had the sticky label removed and clumsily replaced by a bit of paper which was stuck to it

On the xbox you can only plug it into the controller as the usb adaptor isn’t compatible
