The plastic is too thin and brittle. The upper right/left sections where the upper pad ends are the main culprits. Any bending basically gets concentrated on these sections that are already really thin and will easily wear down within months.

Just received my package hours ago while at work.

Packaging/appearance

Came home to find that my cousin told me that the box came in cut up and opened up, even down to the product.

The casing was still intact despite the box and packaging being ripped open.

Good product just strange that the box was ripped when i opened it.
