My downsides have been it uses a standard micro usb charging setup and you will go through multiple chords or fix them a lot due to how easily this design wears out

It began having issues charging later in its lifespan and was nearly impossible to do so while on after the first year

The top head piece could also do with an upgrade as it broke on me at least three times on the same headset but luckily its made to be interchangeable and you can snap a new one in and be fine until it happens again

Sadly my headsets lifespan came to an end with it blowing sparks out of the charging port while on my head during a game of supreme commander with a friend and scared the crap out of me

I immediately contacted razor support as i had done when the top cushion broke numerous times and they seemed just as helpful but once they escalated my issue i never heard from them again for three days which had never happened to me prior
