Moved to the naga classic that basically has a button at the bottom of the scroll wheel that allows me to bind macros and other keybinds to it

Couldnt find a replacement for it and trying a different brand corsair simitar but it wont even last 1 year before wheels break

Though the software makes it hard to configure since its a little confusing which one to use
