The razer naga pro offers unparalleled customization for serious gamers. The ability to assign macros and remap * using razer synapse software adds an extra layer of customization. The software is really good for making and assigning macros.

Your product is out of limited warranty and ineligible for free support. No replacement. No refund for sending back. I guess they are only out to make a buck.

Anyone who games knows that this is a non starter. Avoid this piece of garbage. Skip this one.

You don't deserve to be disrespected by razer inc. Planned obselescence is a blight on the gaming/pc enthusiast communities. A total waste of what was marketed as a premier gaming mouse.

The amount of customization and the ability to use that hypershift function to open up a whole new set of custom buttons is clutch.

However, after 2 years of use, albeit pretty heavy use, the mouse is crapping out on me.

Several of rows of side buttons are gradually becoming dysfunctional and unresponsive.
