Buy from amazon (not a third party seller) instead of razer website, so you don’t have to deal with razer’s crappy customer support.
Razer synapse isn't that bad to use if i compare it to logitech g hub.
You can set up multiple profiles for different games/softwares, but you will have to switch them using the razer software.
