Pros

The capture device is small, compact, reliable and low power. The usb cable coming out of the device is a nice braided cable. It’s easy to hide away on your desktop.

This is a top-notch hdmi video capture device that works well and has an excellent image. It easily surpasses my cheap usb hdmi capture device, with sharper looking video and cleaner colors.

I didn't have to do any complicated setup, it just works the same way as any other usb capture card. It works flawlessly. Nice way to add devices into temporary setups.

It has a very plastic-y build quality.

There are dozens of cheap ones out there but most of them weren't great quality.

First, the price is excellent for level of quality and functionality you get here.

I would definitely recommend this one and truly think it's worth the price.

The 4k30fps was nice and sharp and i did not notice a single dropped frame.

Competitiveness

Overall, this is a high-quality capture card that provides crisp clear footage and it's a steal for the price for what it provides.

It can accept a 4k 60fps input but the capturing is limited to 30fps (or 1080p at 60fps).

This is odd since its competitor doesn't have this issue, so this is something to be mindful of.
