Cons

The device looks great aesthetically, but the software is horrific. There's no linux support, which is extremely disappointing. It's not really compatible with synapse other than the profiles.

The device itself seems well-built, sturdy, and doesn't slide around on my desk like my stream deck does.

It is well made, the software is very cool, and works very well, outstandingly well.

There are a ton of 3rd party plugins that seem to be missing from the razer (like discord support, smart home plugins, etc.

Price

So far i feel like the value is there and the price is worth it.

99, the x is a significant investment.

I know this is a costly accessory.

For some, it is a bit expensive but for others, it's priced just right.

I was please to see that my package was delivered much earlier than scheduled and in great condition.

It took a little while to get the hang of but once i did it has been come a big time saver.

Competitiveness

The price also makes it tough to compete with the elgato streamdeck.

Physically i like the razer so much more than elgato's streamdeck line.

Having no experience with other competing models, i can't make any comparisons.

Discord is one obvious example where this is lacking, especially now with how it even has xbox and playstation integration.
