Competitiveness
The price also makes it tough to compete with the elgato streamdeck.
Physically i like the razer so much more than elgato's streamdeck line.
Having no experience with other competing models, i can't make any comparisons.
Discord is one obvious example where this is lacking, especially now with how it even has xbox and playstation integration.

Im not a huge fan of the touch screen because its a little hard to tell if im hitting the right button or what im tapping if im not looking down at it but thats not a huge downside
