Quality
Bought the same since i love it but materials quality could be better.
The switches feel good, but the build quality is extremely poor.
The paint on the keys are starting to peel off but otherwise no quality issue.
Quality is great, the product works like a charm, mechanically speaking, and sticks to my desk like glue .
Packaging/appearance
If you plan to use it for movement as i did, expect it to feel like using the wasd keys.
I have very large hands, and unlike the g13, which is all one solid piece, the orbweaver let's you adjust various dimensions.
Competitiveness
Quite happy with this, i used to own the razer orbweaver and i think this a better version of it.
It's very frustrating to have to be aware of how many 'undos' you've accidentally done, so you can 'redo' to just the right point.
Razer decided to grant me a one-time exception.

The only downside we have found is that this product is not currently up to date with razors rbg program thus you have to run is on an older version of the program and as a result it doesnt get the new color changing options

For the record im a germaphobe so i always wash my hands before using peripherals and i have small hands so i did not wear this thing down

I contacted razer customer service and was simply quoted the warranty segment that states it does not cover regular wear and tear

No matter how soon it occurs in my case mere days later its not covered so good luck
