When i got the headphone the box was opened and the product looked like used then i asked for a replacement and got a new oneiam glad that i replaced and didnt cancel itwhen i first plugged the headphone and heard the quality was not up to the mark but after some changes in the sound settings damn the sound quality is tooo good for the price range
