When we tested it finally it barely moved my daughter down the sidewalk and did not move at all going up a very slight sidewalk incline
By the time winter was over the 90 day warranty had passed and expired
I brought it to a razor service center and they said that one of the two batteries was dead and the other was very lowlesson learned if you buy items from a 3rd party that have chargeable batteries you need to test them right away because this seller did not help me since it was out of the 90 day warranty period
Luckily razor has excellent customer service and they are more interested in doing the right thing and they are helping where vminnovations would not
