Most battery warehouse specialty stores replaced them too. The batteries usually give me a 4 day/night amount of use before it will need a recharge. The battery is still strong and motor as well.

The battery being trash is what keeps the decently powerful 500 watt motor from reaching its full potential. I have 2 razors echosmart sup and i love them, got this and the battery life flashed low after 25 min.

The brakes are also you only get one, and it's a drum brake. Razor needs to redesign the power plant and brakes to make it safe for the streets. Due to very horrid braking system.

My child's scar from falling off this thing. Just stopped working, no slow progression, just died. And now am scrounging around to find someone to fix it. Pretty frustrated and going to try and get more money out of asurion.

But it’s slow. Even on flat ground rides it gets virtually no range. It is not possible for me to lift it into my car. Also, it is extremely heavy and not car friendly.
