You will need a small screwdriver small pliers two 2 5mm metric size not sae allen wrenches circle clip pliers are optional

I just used a small screwdriver to separate and bend one end of the clip up with a twist then needle nose pliers to twist it completely off

I used an index card on the metal frame to prevent scratching but it is a kids scooter thats going to be banged up and dropped anyway
