Pros
I removed and lightly sanded the crud off the disk. I reinserted it where it made contact with a part of the disk that still had the contact metal. I think this could be done several times to be able to use the disk again.
This unit fits neatly in utility room right off our kitchen. No leaks, no noise. Nice size inside.
This takes about an hour to get cold after plugging it for the first time. No regrets whatsoever with ordering this awesome freezer.
Cons
Worked good for a yr and 2 months. Broke after only 1 1/2 years. Now forced to wait for email from retailer for warranty instructions.
Lost all my meats. All in a soupy putrid mess. Never again, igloo.

I plan to add two full deer in the coming month, so yes, i am very pleased for the $379 i spent for this freezer.
This freezer is a fantastic deal for the price.
The price i paid was about the same as one half this size, and i needed one no smaller than this is.
The down side is that i payed full price for a banged up freezer.
Shipping
The only exception was the delivery company that was used damaged thre item.
Packaging/appearance
The only negative is the fact that it had a dent that i could tell occurred before packaging.

The box it arrived in did show some damage but the damage to the box did not look significant enough to cause damage to contents
