Only issue we have found this is our 2nd one is that the hinge is very poor

This is because the hinge get very stiff after a while and then the hinge clasps dont hold the tablet in

Whenever you try to close it the tablet pops off and you have to force the hinge to where it should be on closing then reattach the tablet
