This monitor unit is provided by a different vendor (mstar) vs the c55 (renesa), which carries a $35 annual rating.
It would be unfair to try to compare this tv to a $800 55 inch but it beats every other 55 inch tv in it's price range.

The jerking of the frames on the picture can be fixed by turning off a setting in the osd menu under picture mfc effect

You have to scroll down the menu to find this setting and it is turned on by default
