Pros
This rca antenna performs very well for all channels within approx. Local tv channels 3. It picks up dozens of local tv broadcast stations and fm broadcast radio stations.
Rca ant121z durable passive indoor antenna was designed and manufactured very well. Old school tech. It works great.
Fine tuning knob is what i like most about this antenna. If the reception gets glitchy, i just turn the knob to another position and it's all fixed. Works well as expected has a built in amplifier for digital tv.
Cons
Poor reception. Defective right of the box; tried on 3 different tvs - no channels found. Window stick on cheapies get more channels.
Gave to goodwill. Returned the next day. This one is headed for the dumpster. Returning can be a hassle.
Flimsy swiveling pivoting antenna joints. Very small. Falls over easily often.

I get 60+ channels and the picture quality is better than cable.
It accepts 111 channelsand picture quality is very clear.
All the channels that are listed on the box i get and picture is better quality.
Digital channels just don't come in well without static and who wants that.

I keep the antennas behind the tvs so only the top part is showing

If youre far away from a transmitter tower it may not work as well

I have also tried antennas that come with so called boosters

No external power is needed just plug the coaxial cable into the air antenna inlet on the tv and scan the channels

No setup just plug it into the tv and run a channel scan

I live in an urban area so a passive antenna like this is best for those in rural areas an antenna with an amplifier may work better
