Pros

Black rectangle antenna works great. Beats paying for cable. Picture seems sharper and more stable.

This antennae works extremely well in my 2nd story bedroom. I researched a lot of antennae, and in one review the rca was the best all around.

Cons

Flat panel antennas are garbage. Wiggling the wires sometimes allowed reception, but limited to 2 channels. No tall buildings, fifteen miles from most towers, and the tallest hill in the county is about fifteen feet high.
