Pros

This little dish washer works great! It’s amazing pretty much just like a regular dishwasher just less expensive. Even if you don't load it very well, somehow it cleans everything up nicely still.

Life saver, totally worth it. For the price, we feel that this product proves to be very worth the investment. Worth every penny.

A normal load takes 1 hour and 50 minutes, with preset times it needs to take in and eject water. Works super awesome.

It's easy to unhook. Not a single leak. Was able to tighten all the hoses by hand. Easy to install, connects to the faucet and is easily removed.

Cons

Price is low, but it appears to be poorly made and customer service is poor to non-existent. It barely fits on my countertop with 1/4 of an inch of space left till my cupboard. Don't waste your money.

For the price this item works great.

Therefore, for the price, we feel that this product proves to be very worth the investment.

It's going to be a long 5 years as i got an extended warranty which i highly advise if you buy it's only $15.

I'm on a budget, so the low price was appealing.

Packaging/appearance

Turned out one of the black washers fell out of the connectors upon unpacking.

Be careful unpacking and make sure you have your washers.

Competitiveness

I purchased a mini fridge cart from target to clear up counter space and it works well.

While we have had two previous countertop dishwashers, this has proven so far to be the best.

In my case i went from 1/2 to 55/64 to make it work but will vary with your pull down brand.
