For starters yes its a touch screen and it runs on the android platform

But the touch screen is totally non responsive and when you are finally able to select an icon it takes forever to load and most of the time it fails to load the program you select pandora

I sent the first one back thinking it was an internal problem with it to only find out its the system itself

It has not worked properly since i bought it and i just dont have the strength to repackage it and send it back

However my advice is the product does not live up to its description or expectation and i would not recommend to purchase
