Am sensitivity could be better i guess its because most peopleincluding those designing radiosconsider am to be a secondary item and therefore dont give it the same consideration as the primary modes

When trying to scroll through the frequency bands the radio stops on an active frequency and does not resume until the user releases repushes the tune control

Its also a bit of a nuisance although not an insurmountable one having to scroll through half of the frequency band to get to where you potentially want to go

The only problem i have encountered is if you keep this radio in your vehicle during winter and its freezing outside this radio failed to work

So as an emergency radio during winters freezing outside and you are stuck outside also this is not the radio for you

If you need an outdoor winter radio spend the extra money on a good outdoor weather radio that can handle those freezing temperatures

I loved the size of this radio its a little hard to figure out it has a big instruction booklet and i still cant seem to properly program it the volume is also too low to actually wake me up in case of weather alert
