With great excitement we unwrapped all packaging and despite feeling quite light the tv looked ok but we could not get the feet to go on.

I contacted amazon help who then put us in touch with customer services and despite me ranting and saying how rubbish the tv was because the feet would not attach they offered a refund and emailed me an address label
