Pros

It was slightly damaged on delivery. Easy to move when loaded, wheels lock. Much more convenient than a counter top model that doesn't fit on the counter and has to have it's own rolling cart.

The 60 minute mode works as well as the 2. Hour mode. It's quieter than i expected as well. Works well, very quiet.

Cons

Not everybody has the money to throw away a product that's dented or just not going to work right. Does an average job cleaning, and a terrible job drying.

It seems very sturdy and well-built, which makes it fairly heavy.

Only had it for a couple days now, but so far, this little unit has done an excellent job of washing several loads of dishes.

I was done with washing dishes after just a few months, not to mention how high my water bill was.

The dishwasher has a multi-part filter including one with a very fine mesh.

Price

A $600 product that if i wanted sell it right now brand new i would only get maybe $150.

After speaking with costomer service 3 times i ended having to settle for a $50 credit.

Shipping

After reading a bunch of reviews i would not recommend buying this product to have it shipped.

We are not pleased about the dents in our dishwasher from delivery.

Packaging/appearance

Came in damaged but didn't effect the way the machine works.

I disliked that it came in dented.
