Pros

No leaks, no noise. No regrets whatsoever with ordering this awesome freezer.

I removed and lightly sanded the crud off the disk and reinserted it where it made contact with a part of the disk that still had the contact metal. Then use the same screwdriver to nudge the wiring connectors off the pins on the relay switch.

Cons

This is the second product manufactured in china purchased through amazon that has not worked. The company knows that their freezer *, that it is defective. Now forced to wait for email from retailer for warranty instructions.

It smells like death, in my office {from the rotten food that defrosted in the freezer. Nothing is clogged, dusty, etc. Stopped working and ruined several hundred dollars of food.

I plan to add two full deer in the coming month, so yes, i am very pleased for the $379 i spent for this freezer.

With 4 kids it came in handy during covid with the kids being home.

I don't want to try to repackage for a return, and i need the freezer now, so my option is to live with the damage.

I can deal with the aesthetic not being perfect, but i don’t see how to report an issue with the delivery after receipt.
