Pros

Bought this oven for my grandparents. Works as well as our last 900 watt mw, so it fits the bill there. Works in the space i have and features on the machine.

It was used mainly to defrost, reheat, do popcorn & bake potatoes. The only trouble i've had with this oven is that it slips around on the counter a bit.

It is very user friendly and easy to clean up. It is exactly as the seller described it, and does a nice job. Otherwise it is super cute andeasy to use.

The door opens and latches quite nicely. The circular panel for the clock is very aesthetically pleasing. It's digital reading and push not nobs like other microwaves of this style.

Cons

This microwave is oppressively loud, like a 747 airliner taking off. Even after you have taken your food out and closed the door, it still beeps until you hit the reset button. The entire unit is out of kilter, won't sit level on my kitchen countertop... Read More

All in all, for the price, we are quite pleased with this microwave.

So with the unit unplugged he had me hold the start button down for 40 seconds and i plugged it back in and it worked again just fine!

But it was put on so perfect you couldn't see it with the naked eye.

Surely not but for the price & life of the product it's excellent.

Price

It works great, low cost, doesn't take up alot of space.

And for the price, i am completely satisfied.

Shipping

I don't know if it was an error or supposed to be there to protect the paint during shipping.

Be sure to look for all the plastic shipping covering and pull it off before setting it up.

What it was was the plastic they put over the microwave to protect the finish for shipping.

Competitiveness

It arrived days before the projected deluvery date too.

Rca could have easily incorporated these one-touch shortcuts without the expense of additional buttons.
