Pros

The mic is not for music - but it works well to get the sound from the cell phone onto tape. My grandfather has alzheimer's. It is small and the microphone is convenient.

Cons

The only audio cassette tape recorder that's decent is the panasonic. Sound is a little muffled. Internal microphone very weak. Stick and playback sound is terrible.
