Pros

Runs forever on a set of batteries. This is a rugged radio that you could use as a night table/bedside radio.

When this baby gets something right, it's darn good for a unit at this price. Another advantage to purchasing this new radio is the price. This is the 3rd super radio 3 we have.

Cons

The radio they are sending now (8-2009) is a heavy but cheap plastic radio with low end components. At the price, it is not worth sending back. This is now just a cheap radio charging a price to unsuspecting customers. Ended up returning the product f... Read More

Am reception is poor, inferior to much cheaper radios. Fm reception is mediocre, but usable. Turner is stuck in between stations, permanently.
