Pros

This unit has a fm trap to help with close fm broadcast transmitters, which i did switch on. Newer one works just as good.

Cons

This item is not what the seller says it is. Steer clear. The problem with the * quality control that lets these go out of the factory is that you don't know they are defective until after spending time on the ladder.

Rca ( audiovox) just changes the specs on the preamps whenever they see fit without changing the model number. There is an issue with the 12 volt power inserter.

Just too much room for a voltage drop across the coax, splitters and connectors. Nothing special and now only has a combined vhf/uhf input. The vhf section fails even with the fm trap enabled.
