Pulled off the plastic. The whole screen was busted. The remote doesn't work unless you are standing 3 feet from tv (nothing is in the way of the remote and i put new batteries in it).

Set up kind of strange seemed locked to canada with postal code setup could get it to us couldnt get around it but dont use rabbit ears anyway
