I’m female upper arm wide so too snug tight to useeven when i cut the one inch trim off

If your doing mma and doing take downs and grappling they do move around and get out of place and have to readjust it

I got these for mountain biking however they are very thick and are to hot for riding in the summer

They offer good protection but these are not pads that you can hide under a jacket

I actually didnt buy these to practice elbow strikes but to protect my sparring partners in case i decide to throw a spinning back fist or block a roundhouse

Anyone whos eaten an errant elbow from a backfist or kicked someone only to get your instep cracked will know what i mean

However even though i went a size up theyre stiff at first and can actually cause fatigue and strain on my elbow joints
