The protection they offer is great. Overall quality is pretty good when comparing to similar priced item.

They’re comfortable and breathable. They hold up well. They are comfortable and nonrestrictive.

Cons

The padding over the foot is way too large and cumbersome. The padding is just oversized throughout. Not good for martial arts.

These hug your shin, instep, heel and bottom of your foot and i haven't had to adjust them at all

So far i've used them once a week for light sparring and bag work for 3 months.
