I find that the more narrow area towards the back where my elbows rest is much firmer when i actually buckle it which i wasnt doing at first

Depending on how it performs with more usage i may stuff it with some extra stuffing that i have from another pillow i purchased awhile back

It does give some support but it needs a little bit more filling inside there to make it a bit more firm
