My 23 yr old grandson likes this. I love to read in bed and the backrest provides excellent support for my back. The memory foam feels a bit lumpy but not while leaning against it.
This upright pillow is very, very sturdy. This is what he needed for him to lounge without pillows folding in. Very nice pillow.
Each arm has a cup holder and a pocket on each arm if you need to put your phone or pens, etc. It has convenient pockets to keep my kindle, ipad, and iphone handy. It comes vacuum packed.

It is made with scraps of garbage foam and rags. Too painful to re-compress it, pack it and return. To do so, you need to unzip the interior lining which causes a total mess.

The pillow offers great comfort and feels soft but without a proper backboard or support behind it it tends to collapse a bit which makes it less effective for long reading sessions
