Pros

The covers are removable and machine washable. Fit our pottery barn teen pillow as well. Filled out nicely with min effort.

Cons

Tried fluffing it. Hasn't expanded. If the fill needs loosening, i think the seller should do that before sending it out. It says to give it 24+ hours to let it fluff up.

The pillows that attach to * on the top are very wobbly and attaching them was mildly aggravating. It's way too deep to use on the couch unless you have a deep couch.

Pillow is very heavy & extremely lumpy. The filing isn't sufficient to fill the outer cover so the pillow droops and gets flat easily. It goes from soft pieces to clumps of cardboard-like hard.

Not sure why there are two elastic straps sticking out of the right arm and two * at the back of the left arm. My guess is you could run your phone charger cord through the hole but the phone's not going to stay in the pocket with the giant hole there... Read More
