Pros

I love the fact that it is a veggie cap not some pressed pill. My regimen is three pills twice a day, five days on two days off.

Strength, endurance, motivation. I feel myself stronger while doing my workout. When the weekend arrives and i want to get out and do something outside, it helps if i have prepared physically.

Cons

Tongkat ali interferes with the binding effects of shbg on testosterone. may affect emotional balance. Obviously they have a serious qc problem.

Start with 1/2 or even just 1/4 capsule. The ingredient is white.
