Pros
The spray dispenser is an excellent quality tool. It's little expensive though. The 16 ounce size is a great back up.
Cons
First order received was expired. Returned the item and ordered again. It smells bad, like industrial cleaner.

The product works nice, but the quality of the sprayer is awful.
Price
I'll admit it's a little costly but in this case you really do get what you pay for.
I also buy the refill which is usually cheaper than buying the spray bottle.
Shipping
Ordering online works out to be the same for me after shipping vs gas to whole foods.

This spray has replaced the norwex i used to buy that became too expensive.
