Pros
Service levels excellent, from delivery to warranty. Arrived promptly. Very pleased with purchase and price.
Fits perfectly and was the least expensive. Fits snug and even comes with a spare set of screws and a screwdriver.
The battery itself is perfect and charges up just as quickly as the original. Once installed, it lasts just as long in the ring doorbell 3. Fully compatible and holds its charge. Works well as a backup for my ring doorbell 2.
Cons
Watch out. Not all ring doorbell 2 take a replaceable battery. Check which doorbell you have before considering this item.

I have charged them both so they are ready for when i have to recharge the ring cam batteries so as to ensure that the ring cams are on constantly without having to wait hours for the others to charge
