I ordered this for my husband to use on a long plane flight to help with his sciatica but was bummed to find that there seemed to be no way to drain and refill it

For those who are looking for the trick to drain and refill it you have to pry off the small white cap and futz with the clear plastic plug in the center of the seal below until you get it loose

Do not place the plastic parts directly on your skin while hot
