First one i recieved the plugins were not the right size at all could use it and my fault for not opening it right away to check

When i finally got around to use it noticed right away requested a exchange and was sent one almost right away only waited a few days i think about 3 not bad

I definitely should have checked but having one myself for a year now i could not even imagine that something can be wrong with what is literally essential for the unit to work
